ORDERING PROCEDURE

Click here for a PDF version of the Journal of Leukocyte Biology subscription order form. The form is also the Society for Leukocyte Biology membership application. Full or Student/Postdoctoral membership to the Society includes a discounted, optional subscription to JLB. You can also use this form to subscribe to the journal without becoming a member of SLB. Institutions can subscribe using this form as well. Payment and mailing instructions are included on the form.

The form can be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 software. This software can be obtained free from Adobe Systems. SLB will also be happy to mail or fax you a form. Just call in or email your request.

All print subscriptions include full online access. Once SLB has received payment, you will begin receiving the print journal, and you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the World Wide Web edition; the letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to Journal of Leukocyte Biology Online:

A user name and password that you can easily remember

Your name, phone number, and email address

Your customer number (included with the letter)
