ORDERING PROCEDURE

For a combined paper and online subscription to the Journal of Leukocyte Biology, complete an SLB membership application/JLB subscription order form. Click here for a PDF version of the form, or contact SLB about sending you one. Full or Student/Postdoctoral membership to the Society includes a discounted, optional subscription to JLB. Payment and mailing instructions are on the form itself.

The membership application/subscription order form can be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 software. This software can be obtained free from Adobe Systems. SLB will also be happy to mail or fax you a form. Just call in or email your request.

Once SLB has received payment, you will begin receiving the print journal, and you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the World Wide Web edition; the letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to Journal of Leukocyte Biology Online:

A user name and password that you can easily remember

Your name, phone number, and email address

Your customer number (included with the letter)
